I am a researcher on a mission to enhance the customer experience through investigating current habits, unmet needs and pain points. I am particularly passionate about researching customer, user, patient, and citizen experiences encompassing the intersection between products (physical/digital) and services. During my time working in health and human services research, I became disappointed by the emphasis on description and felt as though something was missing. Now, I regularly incorporate design thinking and human-centered design, in conjunction with qualitative research, to produce deliverables that initiate innovative design solutions.
